I ordered the Stetson El Patron 48 in my usual size with Stenson 7 1/4.. the Hat appeared to be a return or a second? Had a large bump on the rear of the headband, very painful to wear.. the size also ran smaller than my other stetson hats. A small defect on the brim, visible to the naked eye. At this level I would expect better quality, and quality control! Would have left two stars, but it won't let you review at two stars?? Returned, I would have exchanged, and gave Skips a chance to redeem itself.. but don't want to go through this long waiting period again! FYI Skips blocks any negative comments, and lists you as a "site visitor" instead of a purchaser. I was unhappy with my (purchase) through skips!
