Well I can rate the product because I went and bought them from another store for my son for Christmas. I ordered the boots from Skips after a couple of days of not receiving anything saying they had been shipped I called to find out the status of my order. When I called they said that first the 2-7 day shipping is not how long it will take you to get them but how long it will take AFTER the ship them off then was told that they did not have the size in the boot that I had ordered and that my order would now be coming from Ariat so I called Ariat and was told they did not have the size in stock either so no one could tell me when I was going to receive the boots, the only thing my son had ask for for Christmas and he was leaving on the 4th of January to go to basic training. At that point I called and called and finally found one pair of the boots that I needed in the size I needed so I drove over 100 miles to the next state over to make sure he got what he wanted before he left. After I got the boots I called and cancelled my order with Skips and was told my refund would take 3 to 5 days the next day I received an email saying my boots had been shipped and then 2 days later got a email saying they had been delivered but I NEVER RECEIVED THE BOOTS I sent an email saying that I never received the boots and asked about my refund on the 31st of December they emailed me saying that a claim had been filed on about the 5th of January I called and they said that they was waiting on a response from FEDEX and that claims normally take 7 to 14 days so now here it is Jan 18th and I called to find out what is going on and I was told first they was waiting on a response from FEDEX then was told that he had it wrong they was waiting on a response from UPS that he could not tell me how long that it would take but they check in on it once a week to see if they had settled the claim all while I sit here waiting on a refund of over $200 ! I will NEVER order from this company again
