Taking its name from the rugged town in the Montana Rockies, the Bozeman is built to shield you from the elements in style wherever you go. The USA 250 Edition is customized with a flag-inspired Stars and Stripes leather hatband and USA 250 hat pin. It’s crafted in our most popular outdoor profile, with a 4” pinch front crown and a 3 ¼” brim. Naturally water-repellent, it offers optimal protection in all conditions and a moisture-wicking DRI-LEX® sweatband provides a cool and comfortable fit, even on the most strenuous outdoor adventures.

The Bozeman USA 250 Edition is handmade in Texas from 100% pure, high-quality wool. As with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Bozeman is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. Its fully-crushable construction allows it to roll up, pack in a suitcase and pop back into its original shape as needed, making it ideal for travel.
