Shopify Backend Data Entry

Job Description:

Skip’s Western Outfitters is a World Class Western Outfitter with the world’s largest indoor western city. This position will continue to build on the success of the company by importing and maintaining Skip’s Shopify Database.

In this position you will:

  • Import and export thousands of product variants from Shopify to Excel
  • Verify correct product formatting and system tagging
  • Correct inventory and monitor receiving and transfers
  • Answer questions and provide assistance to the store with receiving issues
  • Create reports for various brands and suppliers
  • Update collections and assist with proper allocations
  • Generate Model Stock orders and verify accuracy of orders

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of Excel or equivalent experience
  • Able to work flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work as a team or individual under pressure with excellent communication
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with solving issues and providing quick and effective solutions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of Shopify Backend experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Composed, poised, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Experience with detail oriented work and communication
  • Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done
  • Professional use of Microsoft Suit for presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area

*NOTE* This role operates out of our Corporate Office but can also be available for Remote work once 100% proficiency
of job duties are reached or can be supplemental out of our Daytona Beach store location.
